1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gentlepathspediatrics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

The use of this website—including submitting a membership application, joining a waitlist, or contacting us through email or contact forms—does not create a physician-patient relationship. Such a relationship is only established after a formal intake process is completed, clinical suitability is determined, and a membership agreement is signed by both the patient (or legal guardian) and Gentle Paths Pediatrics, PLLC.

3. Membership & Enrollment

Our enrollment and waitlist processes are managed through Hint Health. Submitting a membership application or joining our waitlist:

  • Does not guarantee acceptance or immediate enrollment in the practice.
  • Does not constitute an offer of medical treatment, triage, or clinical advice.
  • Is subject to the privacy policies and terms of service of Hint Health regarding data storage and processing.

We reserve the right to limit enrollment, manage waitlists, or refuse membership for any reason permitted by law.

4. Permitted Use

This website is intended for residents of the State of Colorado seeking pediatric care information. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt server security.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gentle Paths Pediatrics, PLLC shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Information on this site is provided "as is" and may contain technical or typographical errors.

6. Governing Law

Any claim relating to this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
