The use of this website, including joining our waitlist or contacting us through email or contact forms, does not create a physician-patient relationship. Such a relationship is only established after a formal intake process and a signed membership agreement with Gentle Paths Pediatrics, PLLC.

3. Waitlist & Enrollment

Our waitlist is managed through Hint Health. Joining the waitlist:

• Does not guarantee enrollment in the practice.
• Does not constitute an offer of medical treatment.
• Is subject to the privacy policies of Hint Health regarding data storage.

We reserve the right to close the waitlist or refuse enrollment for any reason permitted by law.
